
The Plan:
To travel through Southeast Asia on a quest to find the best of the food on offer at each stop we make. In between meals we’re hoping for glimpses of the ancient and modern, cultural and commercial, the laid back and the fast-paced. How might we do this you ask? With the help of many very generous, clued-in friends and acquaintances along the way who are hosting us and/ recommending the best of the best for us to sample. Of course, we are also armed with a healthy dose of passion for travel, eating, all things cross-cultural, and a big bottle of Pepto-bismol.
